Managing Change

The need to change and be adaptable in business, and life in general is not new. However, the timeframe, which we are given to implement the change, has shortened drastically over the past ten years. The frequency of required changes has also increased many times over. The phrase, ‘The only constant in my life is change’, could not be more true.

To use another well-known phrase, ‘Evolution rather than Revolution’, remains key despite these time pressures. To implement change effectively, not only momentum but ownership, needs to be built right across the whole organisation. Communication also needs to be clear so that everyone will understand that, ultimately; change will be to the benefit of all.

The programme deals with these issues extensively and seeks to create a process that will ensure that change is adopted throughout the organisation.

Each and every programme is tailored to the need of the client and is often combined and delivered as part of a 'one to one' or team coaching programme. By way of example, a typical programme will address issues such as:
