Mentoring is often chosen for similar reasons to that of coaching. It’s intended, however, to be more consultative with regard to problem solving. A mentor will explore the individual’s work issues and use their experience to advise on possible solutions.

A programme can also be useful for non UK nationals that have been posted to London for the first time and may need help in familiarising themselves with the change in business culture that they will undoubtedly encounter.

A typical course would comprise:

~ Psychometric Profiling to create self-awareness and awareness of others

~ Regular one to one sessions to discuss current issues, share experience and provide guidance

~ All sessions are totally confidential

The issues covered are chosen by the individual and relate to working situations

Mentors are normally chosen for their experience and strategic insight into the individual’s industry sector, which then enables them to provide specific advice.

All programmes are designed to meet an individual’s specific needs
